Make Birth Better is an organisation of experts who bring together extensive professional knowledge and lived experience to educate, support, research and campaign to reduce perinatal trauma and vicarious trauma to provide safe, inclusive and compassionate care for service users and staff.

Research shows at least 1 in 3 women and birthing people find some aspect of their birth traumatic. This translates to 200,000 new mums and parents in the UK each year.
