11th Annual Birth Trauma Summit
This year marks the 11th Annual Birth Trauma Summit and it comes at a powerful moment for our community.
Following last year’s momentum, reflection, and shared learning, this year we move decisively forward. The focus now is Action, not words, and post-traumatic growth - how we turn understanding into meaningful change, and how healing, transformation, and growth are truly possible after trauma.
This CPD-certified event is more than a conference. It is part of a living, breathing movement committed to improving birth experiences, outcomes, and care, especially for those whose voices have too often been unheard.
Join us as we bring together expert speakers, lived-experience leaders, and practitioners for a rich, practical programme including:
🔹 10 Talks | 🔹 6 Workshops | 🔹 3 Panels
Together, we’ll explore birth trauma from its foundations to the latest developments. This year’s two key themes will guide our conversations:
💥 Actions, Not Words
Moving beyond awareness into tangible change across policy, practice, and culture.
🌱 Post-Traumatic Growth
Exploring what healing can look like - for parents, professionals, and systems - when trauma is met with care, safety and support.
Whether you join us in London (limited to 120 in-person delegates) or online, this is your chance to connect, learn, and contribute to a future where birth trauma is better understood, better recognised, and better treated.
We promise to hold courageous conversations which challenge narratives, open perspectives, promote equitable care and inspire new thinking around birth trauma.
This 11th summit is both a reflection of how far we’ve come and a clear call to action for what comes next.
Programme will be confirmed shortly.

Important Note on Audience
Our summit is aimed at professionals working in the birth world/maternity space. If you're a curious parent wanting to know more about birth trauma you're 100% welcome too. Just take extra good care of yourself as we're covering topics which can feel overwhelming to all of us.
We appreciate topics covered can be difficult so we have a clinical psychologist on hand in the day to provide support where required.
